Year 12 on a Globalbridge

Year 12 students took part in a session with Globalbridge during Personal Development, where they learnt how to create multimedia digital records of achievements that bring talents and skills to life. The Globalbridge platform allows students to evidence all of their talents and skills in action whatever they are – sport, music, drama, art, coding etc. It allows them to upload evidence of their skills, talents and achievements to really make sure they stand out from the crowd. By having a great profile and regularly logging in, they will have access to opportunities that are matched based on what they have included in their profile. It is a fantastic way for students to build their own CV that can be used to support any future applications they make, whether that be to university, degree apprenticeship or for employment. They have been continuing to work on this throughout the past week and Globalbridge have even launched a competition to win £100 of Amazon vouchers – all students have to do to be in with a chance of winning is have 90% of their profile completed by the end of this term!
