We are proud to introduce our new Sixth Form Young Leaders, Poppy T-G and Roma F. They will act as role models, support younger students, and help strengthen the link between students and staff.
Both were selected for their commitment, enthusiasm, and willingness to help others. In their roles, they will support school events, mentor students, and represent student voice, helping create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Roma – “Hi I’m Roma I’m a year 12 student and I’m looking forward to being a DofE young leader. I’m excited to help out with Bronze DofE students and help you develop your determination, resilience and commitment to the expedition. The Bronze award is a useful achievement to have as well as being a great way to develop your social skills.”
Poppy – “My name is Poppy, I am a year 12 student and now a young DofE leader. I am excited to help with your Bronze award, as when completing it myself I found it was not only a great achievement to put on your future applications, but a great way to develop skills, challenge your physical determination, and to meet new people!”
