As the second month of lockdown comes upon us, we are engaging with Walk & Talk February – an initiative to get us all out for a walk each day (even in the rain!) either with a family member or socially distanced with a friend or to call someone while out walking. Getting outside, exercising, and speaking to others are all small and important changes that we can make to our daily routines in order to look after our own mental health during lockdown. What’s better still – we can do them together! Students and staff will be sharing their walking & talking photo’s throughout the month to encourage each of us to get outside and get chatting!
