Sixth Form students once again found themselves in front of the camera as reporters from ITV Tyne Tees News visited Southmoor to get their opinion of the recent announcement that Sunderland University will be one of only five new medical schools to be established in the country.  Students were questioned on the prospects of the new opportunities that will be available to study locally, including GP and psychiatric training and what they thought of the new school’s potential.
