Year 13 student Ethan Brown joined the KUGB England karate team in Cadiz Spain for the ESKA European karate championships. In a very tough competition against extremely talented athletes Ethan fought brilliantly to win his part of the draw to secure a bronze medal, narrowly losing out in the semifinal in the closing seconds. He also picked up a bronze in the team event alongside teammates Luciano Zanui and Nial Gillingham losing out on a place in the final in a hard fought match against the eventual winners Russia.
