Volunteers from Barclays and the Talent Foundry were back, teaching all of Year 12 about reading playslips, working out tax and earning money through employment. Students interacted with a number of scenarios that opened their eyes to the complexities of tax and how important it was to understand where their pay goes, and how to contest this if they believe it is wrong. This will prove invaluable in the years after leaving Sixth Form and ensure that what they take home is what they have earnt!

Government guidance has changed and now all pupils and staff must wear masks in corridors, classrooms and communal areas. All students should bring a mask with them stop school everyday until this recommendation changes. We thank you again for your continued support.
