We are looking to support pupils into apprenticeships and ensure they fully understand the qualities that make an outstanding candidate. We are looking to create a Future Apprentice Program to offer support to pupils who require extra advice and guidance. As part of the scheme we are looking to ex pupils who are willing to share their experiences. This could include information on applications, qualities, roles, skills or any other aspect of the scheme that could inspire the Apprentices of the Future. This would take up very little time and could make a big difference.
