Year 12 students received a guest lecture by Ben Findlay, senior lecturer at Teesside University and course leader for the Computer & Digital Forensics and Crime Intelligence & Data Analytics at Teeside University. Ben informed students about the ever evolving world of cybercrime and the growing threats and challenges presented to society as technology evolves.

Oxbridge in Newcastle

Aspiring Oxbridge students in Year 12 attended a conference at St. James’ Park in Newcastle. They spent the day in a range of workshops, from medicine to architecture, and had the opportunity to speak to admissions tutors and learn the ins and outs of personal statements, admissions, exams and interviews.
